All our plumbers are qualified and have plumbing licences in South Africa and some of our team hold plumbing licenses in other countries such as Australia and Switzerland.
Our staff are very important to us, as are our clients so we ensure all our staff have insurance and workmens compensation.
Part of our company ethos is that we have your quote ready for you within the same day of site visitation. We also ensure our clients are aware of any changes that may be made to the quotation before our team is send out to their premises to ensure our clients are happy and agree on the changes.
All our invoices and quotes cover all details of labour rates and material costs.
For maintenance plumbing and construction plumbing the pricing structure works differently. With both divisions the invoice is always itemized with a clear description for each item. Maintenance plumbing is invoiced based on a call out, an hourly rate and all materials being itemized. Construction plumbing is invoiced based on a per point price, per meter cost with all materials being itemized.
We have a large fleet of cars which are all fully branded with our company logo and our staff all have a company uniform with the Trojan Plumping logo.
We do not charge for the very rare time we may need to fetch parts from a supplier. The reason for this is that all our plumbing vehicles come stocked with all your typical plumbing fittings and plumbing spares. Our company has a warehouse for all its stock and makes sure each plumber is prepared with the correct parts before he arrives at your door on time.
All our invoices and quotes are set out with our standard workmanship guarantee of 6 months. The guarantee of fittings lies with the manufacture. Our staff ensure they install only the highest quality materials, so we are in line with the manufacturer’s requirements. This gives our clients peace of mind knowing only the best quality materials have been used.
All our staff members are able to take payments. We make use of a card machine for Visa and Mastercard and are able to take cash payments. EFT is accepted for large jobs based on a contract signed between both parties.
